On day one, I’ll talk through how you can set up various offers in your consulting business and how these offers can work together seamlessly (including while you sleep), rather than continuing to exchange (all your) hours for money.

You’ll learn exactly how to replace your corporate income in a consulting business, earning more while working less. And you’ll create a financial goal for your business: what do you ideally want to create over the next 12 months, three years, and five years? What are you building short vs long-term?

On day two I will cover how you can set up your team in your consulting business while still creating time and location freedom for yourself, so that you get the support you need to thrive working on the tasks you love and outsourcing the rest. 

You’ll learn some of the different ways this could be set up to support you while you replace your corporate income and scale, as well as what this may look like at the beginning of your business and later.

On day three, we’ll create your vision for exactly what you’d love your life and business to look like.
