About Bec
Bec Sands is a Visibility Mentor who works with women to become confidently visible so that they can thrive in business and life. Bec helps women unlock their creativity and uniqueness to attract more clients and opportunities.
Bec’s superpower is helping women feel confident and clear about the next steps to increase their visibility and grow their businesses through strategic action. With 15 years as a PR consultant,working with some of the world’s biggest brands and executives, Bec is an experienced coach and consultant and an ex-corporate leader who infuses her work as a mentor with kindness and positivity to help her clients flourish.
Bec launched her coaching and PR consulting business in mid-2019 after 12 years in corporate and has grown it successfully to multi-six figures. She holds a Bachelor of Media in Writing from Macquarie University, majoring in PR and journalism, and is a Certified Beautiful You Coaching Academy (BYCA) life coach, an approved education provider with the International Coaching Federation. She has been a finalist in a number of BYCA award categories from 2020 onwards including Podcast of the Year, Emerging Coach of the Year and Career/Professional/Corporate Coach of the Decade.
