I wrote What You Came Here to Create because I believe so many brilliant, capable people have something meaningful they want to put into the world, but becoming visible enough to share it isn’t always easy.
Since the book launched, I’ve loved having conversations with incredible journalists and business owners across media outlets and podcasts about what it really takes to trust yourself, own your expertise, build a personal brand and create a business, career and life with more freedom and choice (and have fun while doing it).
Here you’ll find some of the interviews, book reviews, features and conversations I’ve been lucky enough to be part of, exploring the ideas at the heart of the book: visibility, self-trust, creativity, business and having the courage to do the work that is close to your heart.
At the core of my message is how you can do this work while still feeling calm and grounded, because visibility work can feel so deeply dysregulating.
