BIOGRAPHY

Bec Sands is a PR Consultant and Visibility Coach who works with change makers to become Confidently Visible and launch important work into the world. Bec helps leading brands and women in business become visible in their purpose, messaging, and voice, unlocking their creativity and uniqueness to grow their brands and become industry thought leaders.

Bec’s superpower is helping her clients feel confident and clear about the next steps to increase their visibility and grow aligned businesses through strategic action. Having spent over 17 years as a PR and communications consultant, working with some of the world’s biggest brands and executives, Bec is an experienced coach and consultant and an ex-corporate leader, and infuses her work with kindness and positivity to help her clients flourish.  

Bec launched her own business in mid-2019 after 12 years in corporate and has grown it successfully to multi-six figures. She holds a Bachelor of Media in Writing from Macquarie University, majoring in PR and journalism, and is a Certified Beautiful You Coaching Academy life coach, an approved education provider with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) - global leaders of coach education. She was named a finalist for BYCA International Coach of the Year 2025-26 and a finalist for Career / Professional / Corporate Coach of the Decade 2014-2024.
