Bec Sands is a visibility mentor and PR consultant, the creator of the Confidently Visible Coaching Method, and the author of What You Came Here to Create: A guide to Being Confidently Visible and Unlocking Your Potential (available September 2026). Bec works with big brands to lead their PR strategies and supports ambitious women to help them find their voice, build authority in their field, and launch the work they came here to do.
Bec helps her clients turn years of hard-earned expertise into a personal brand that opens doors and a business that grows on their terms. Her approach is grounded in the principle that visibility is a form of service, not self-promotion.
With over 17 years in PR, marketing, and communications, Bec has worked with some of the world's biggest brands, executives, and entrepreneurs. She holds a Bachelor of Media in Writing from Macquarie University, majoring in PR and journalism, and is a certified life coach through the Beautiful You Coaching Academy, an ICF-accredited coach training program.
