Day 1:

On day one of the challenge, we’ll get clear on the 3 x key messages you want to communicate to every stakeholder, industry person, colleague, your network, clients and more about the work that you do in the world, the services you provide, and your unique point of difference so the right people notice you.
We’ll then craft this into your magical elevator pitch, attracting exciting opportunities like a magnet and enabling new connections to remember and refer you to others as the best in your field.
Day 2:
Embody your unicorn self
Create a morning script that will help you step into and embody your unique unicorn self every day, so that you feel the confidence, promise and talent described in your magical elevator pitch flowing through you and resonating with others, helping you move through any self-doubt with ease.
Your morning script will support you to stay clear and on track about your priorities for the day ahead and the epic career (or business) and life you’re creating.
Day 3:
Build magnetic relationships
Identify the channels that will enable you to connect with others in your field. Become irresistible to the right people in your network through building mutually beneficial relationships with people that will support you on your journey.
Get crystal clear on your next step to build magnetic relationships in a network that feels aligned, and attract the most amazing clients that are the right fit for you.

Who’s behind this challenge
Bec Sands is a personal brand and thought leader coach, PR consultant, and online business owner. Using the power of the personal brand, Bec helps CEOs, professionals, executives and entrepreneurs stand out in a crowded world so they can build careers as industry leaders or businesses that attract a steady stream of clients.
After 12 years in corporate PR and communications as an award-winning consultant, Bec launched her online business as a coach and consultant and stepped into it full-time in mid-2019. She replaced her six-figure corporate income within 18 months and has created consistent, diverse income streams in a freedom-based business, working less than 30 hours per week. She loves helping her clients do the same.
