Profit, Purpose & Lifestyle for Ex-Corporate Women is a three-month 1:1 coaching series for women who have stepped out of corporate to launch their own businesses, have been working for themselves for one or more years, and are ready to grow and scale beyond a corporate income and thrive in a business that provides them with freedom to have the work/life balance that they choose.

Get in touch with what you love to do, be and have in life (which we’ve often forgotten after our corporate years) and bring this into your business. 

Be more visible and create a brand strategy that aligns with you as a person, including your unique interests and personality. Bring this to life across your marketing activity, including content, PR and speaking. Use this knowledge of yourself and share it to connect with your ideal clients. 

  • Generate recurring revenue. 

This is the foundation of scaling, because without that security of income it’s hard to invest in support. This includes not only finding these clients but also putting in place 12-month contracts, and releasing low-paying, demanding clients.

  • Scale beyond six figures. 

Often we have a cap at our corporate salary - once we’ve replaced that it can feel hard to move beyond it. I will help with the tools to do this, including putting in place things like team members and getting support across various areas of life and business to free up time to work on the things that will generate more revenue (without working more hours - because that’s generally not sustainable!). 

  • Set up systems for less stress and more ease and productivity. 

When we start businesses, often we don’t set up the foundations because we’re focused on generating revenue and delivering for our clients. As we scale, we need to set up the foundations for the business so we have the capacity to take on bigger clients and projects without having to reinvent the wheel every time. Systems such as client onboarding, scheduling, client relationship management, social media scheduling, financial tools, project management for your team, and more. A lot of this can be automated, freeing up time and space to scale your business beyond six figures. 

  • Move through resistance and overwhelm to create a business that feels incredible for you.

Creative resistance is something that every single person comes up against (including me!). I will support you to move through this and will hold you accountable so you can come out the other side of procrastination, self doubt and resistance to create your magical offers and communicate them to the world.

Frequently Ask Questions

  • The initial coaching series is three months, starting with a 90-minute strategy session followed by fortnightly 60-minute coaching calls. This series will actually SAVE you time in business by cutting through confusion and overwhelm and helping you find clarity on the actions you need to take next to thrive in the next phase of your freedom-based business.

    Many of my clients continue to work with me after the initial three-month period, but there is no obligation.

  • We can get started as soon as you book in, and we can find a mutually beneficial time to meet!

  • There is a monthly payment plan available as an option when you click to purchase your coaching package. [Insert link].

  • Results are up to you, and can never be guaranteed. I am fully committed to your success and will provide you with all the resources and guidance you need to succeed. It’s totally up to you to take action, and I’ll be there with you every step of the way!

  • Once we begin our coaching series I consider myself fully committed to you and your success. I know you will be committed too. This commitment includes you completing the entire coaching series from start to finish, and the financial commitment that accompanies that.

    If after our first full session together you feel that a coaching series is no longer right for you, I will gladly refund the upcoming session in the month that you are yet to have, (if there is one outstanding), and release you from your coaching commitment.

    No part of your coaching series is refundable past session one, however it is transferrable to someone else if, for any reason, you decide not to continue. In this instance the remaining coaching fee in your chosen series will be invoiced to you and, once paid, please let me know who you have transferred your sessions to.
